New beginning (Blog 2.0)

In August, my long-time web hosting supplier performed an upgrade, moving my long-established personal blog to a new server. What should have been a simple task turned into a nightmare: the site was down for two weeks, and I was ultimately told that my WordPress database could not be recovered.

So here I go again, building a new blog and website—a fresh beginning and a new approach. I've bypassed the backend database entirely, adopting a simpler, more maintainable method that makes publishing a breeze.

Over the next couple of months, I'll be republishing previous articles alongside some brand-new ones for those who follow along.
